Thai Green Chicken Curry

Ingredients:

• 1 cup slice Chicken breasts
• 1 ¼ cup or 1 can of 13.5 oz Sun & Dragon Coconut Milk fat 12-14%
• 2 Tbsp.  green curry paste
• 1 cup sweet pea
• 2 green chilies cut lengthwise
• 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce (Nampla)
• 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions:

1. Heat the sauce pan, add oil over in medium heat
2. Stir fry green curry paste for 1 minute. Add chicken and fish sauce.
3. Stir fry until chicken is done. Add Sun &Dragon Coconut milk and bring it to boil.  Add sweet peas and green chili.
4. Stir a few times and remove from heat
